My route home from Palm Springs to San Jose would have taken the more
direct route on "The 5" (SoCal speak for I-5) over the Gravevine.
But traffic was jammed due to snow on the pass. So I detoured through
Mojave.
I don't really need much excuse to go there anyway.
I had lunch there.
And I got some pictures of the X-34's and some airliners at the airport.
